To provide or perform religious support for all authorized personnel of Minot AFB, ND during peacetime and across the full spectrum of war in order to support the command in the facilitation of the free exercise of religion. To advise the command in matters of religion, morals, morale, and ethical issues in order to support the unit mission.

Welcome to Minot Air Force Base! The Chapel staff is here to serve you and your family. Whether you choose to worship at the Base Chapels or a civilian church, the most important thing is that you cultivate your spiritual life by active participation.

Active and retired military personnel and their family members desiring marriage access to the Base Chapels should be arranged 2-3 months prior to the desired wedding date. Premarital counseling, 6 months prior, is required by the chaplains.

For those desiring either Confirmation or Baptism, arrangements can be made through the Chapel. If any specific denominational requirements are needed, the Chapel will be glad to make off- base church referrals.

Chaplains are on call 24 hours a day to respond to your needs. After normal duty hours, a chaplain can be reached by calling the command post at 701-723-3101 or the Chapel at 701-723-3633 during normal duty hours for immediate assistance on a walk in basis.
