The Minot Air Force Base education center is located at 210 Missile Avenue, Suite 203. The center offers college preparation testing including such exams as the CLEP, SAT, ACT or GRE. Basic skills classes are also offered as well as tuition assistance and help with financial aid forms. Career counseling is another available service provided by the Minot Air Force Base education center. Education opportunities - The focal point for all education programs at Minot AFB is the Base Education Center. Professional guidance counselors are available for both active duty and family members on an appointment basis. Complete testing facilities are available, to include CLEP, DANTES, ACT/PEP, GRE, SAT/ACT, and other specialized tests as requested by the individual. Information pertaining to financial aid is available to all personnel, and tuition assistance is authorized for active duty personnel. Out-of-state tuition exemption applies for all military personnel and their families. The Adult Learning Center on base offers classes on GED and College Prep.

Minot State University (MSU) offers over 60 Degree Programs. MSU offers a wide variety of curriculam ranging from four-year Bachelor of Arts and Sciences programs to several Graduate Degrees along with a Specialist Degree in School Psychology. Courses are taught during the day, lunch hours, and evening, on base as well as at the Downtown Campus. (Full Degree programs can be obtained on the Base). Several Correspondence and internet classes are also available.

Minot State University offers something for the Whole Family. You and your spouse may attend classes here at the base or on campus, (financial aid is available), a number of non-credit seminars and workshops are offered throughout the year, and they have college for kids and various athletic camps during the summer for the children.
